Graduates, Graduates – Here is a fantastic opportunity ……. Our client one of the leading names in motor finance are looking for graduates to join their team and participate in their Operational Development Programme.
The Role: You will participate in the Operational Development Programme – this programme is a structured approach to developing and growing our clients skills base and resource flexibility. The programme will develop individual`s knowledge and capabilities in all our core operational areas.
The outline of the programme is anticipated to include brief terms in each operational department as follows.
Collections Department 6 Months New Business (Payouts) 3 Months Underwriting 6 Months Customer Loyalty 3 Months OR Sales & Service 3 Months
Each employee on the programme will experience and train in all key facets of roles within these operational areas.
The Candidate: Successful candidates for a role in this programme will need to possess a positive and can do attitude. Ideally they should be looking to restart their career and will bring a level of maturity needed to cope with and succeed in a challenging and changing environment.
As these are front-line operational roles, candidates will need to display a high level of communication. Ideally you will have previous work experience within a call centre.
Training & Support: Training and support in all operational areas will be given by a combination of central and departmental training. All employees will go through our clients Induction Programme.
